I really can't figure out this bug very well....
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood or does nothing or pumps only one single green creature, no matter if it has entered the battlefield when Oran-Rief is activated or not.

Anyway, may any of you explain me why previously fixed cards get corrupted with new patches?

EDIT: I've seen that some green creatures are affected by the card as they should, while others are not, as Fungusaur. Which still has old counters, that do not proliferate. Maybe there is any connection.

I noticed that too, but it was inconsistent.
Sometimes counters are added, sometimes not.
I tested with and without RuleEngine, with C++ and old cards and it was still random so that is why I couldn't submit a proper bug file

Don't know but there is also another bug in saved game. Multiple cards ask for an additional mana to be provided even after correct casting cost has been paid. The dialogue box asking for the additional mana can be cancelled and the spell then casts normally.

confirmed, though it work in a weird way:
- If player cast it only, effect appear attached as an enchantment to a AI land at AI turn
- if both player have it, it will only trigger at player post combat phase if AI attack
- if player attack on the conditions above nothing happen

confirmed for Ivory Tower, though I couldn't for the mana cost, all cards seemed to ask the right amount in your save (Akroma, Resurrection, Damnation)
