I think it's coded but some bug in the code prevent the window to pop up when you have to choose between sacing a creature for -1/-1 or sacing him for -4/-4

About Delraich, here are the tests I made :
- If you have 3 creatures or more and enough mana the window choice pop up, either you choose to sac or to pay with mana it will work ok
- If you have 3 creatures or more but no mana source you can sac ok
- If you have 2 creatures or less but enough mana source you will get the mana cost bug (cost 6B x 2)
- If you have 2 creatures or less and not enough mana you can't cast it at all which is intended.

Another odd bug I noticed, Serf token will corrupt your savegame when cast in the bf, but not Sengir Autocrat.
In my savegame attached, cast Sengir Autocrat then end your turn and save to a different file. Try to load it and you will get the corrupt message. If you reload my savegame, cast Sengir Autocrat, destroy the tokens then save & reload, the savegame will not get corrupted.

Ok rechecked with your additional info and is confirmed,when you don't have the full alternate mana=3 Islands you will be asked to pay twice the mana cost.
So total 2 bugs with this card.

Despise allows player to select a card but doesn't discard it.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Opponent should be forced to discard selected creature or planeswalker

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly other 'select and force discard' cards, though Distress which has similar effect seems ok

Soul Warden trigger itself when cast into the bf (gain 1 life)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
according to ruling :
The ability will not trigger on itself entering the battlefield, but it will trigger on any other creature that is put onto the battlefield at the same time.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed code for Moonlit Wake, Protean Hulk and Delraich. Phyrexian Plaguelord needs to be recoded, consider it fixed.

This is a complex card to fix, as the "mana producer" part is still obscure for cards producing more than one mana of any color. I'll try to do something.
