I have tried to make a theme deck using this ability but, as long as I can see, some cards are not working as they should. For now, only creatures work quite quell, with the exception of Etched Oracle: when activated to draw cards, it made me win because the AI had no more cards! O_o
Instead, Pentad Prism comes into play with no visibile counter on them.
More testing is needed...

confirmed for Etched Oracle, and several more bugs:
- AI can cast it for 1 color that result in a 1/1 artifact creature while the player can't do that, instead if he choose one color and pass the game will ask for 3.
- Typo "Payn U" instead of "Pay U"

Talisman of Progress doesn't give the choice to tap for W or U

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Talisman of Progress give the choice to tap for W or U or to tap for 1

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Talisman of Impulse, Talisman of Dominance, Talisman of Indulgence, Talisman of Unity

When Culling Scales effect trigger, some cards set as untargetable will stay untargetable until the end of the game.

I am 99% sure that it has something to do with counters being on another card. For example in the last game it was working fine, and then my creature died and it had persist, so it came back as just 1/1 and had a counter on it, and then the Soul Foundry stopped working.

Whenever it stops working, I'm pretty sure something has happened with a counter.

The bug occur whenever you equip on the creature, before or after another equipment assignment.

Galvanoth doesn't anymore let you look at the top card of your library during your upkeep (or cast is, obviously).

Galvanoth's ruletext: At the beginning of your upkeep, you may look at the top card of your library. If it's an instant or sorcery card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Maybe other undying creatures.
