Describe the Bug:
Oblivion Stone doesn't put a fate counter to permanent when you activate that ability paying the mana for it,it taps but the mana paid stays unused in mana pool.The destroy part seem to work ok.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML3.0-Avakyn v2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Chittering Rats doesn't force AI at least to put a card from hand to top of his library.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Describe the Bug:
Thought prison doesn't deal 2 damage to AI at least when AI plays card of the exiled colour or converted mana cost.I exiled Angel of Mercy and AI played another Angel of Mercy without pay 2+2=4 life for that.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Describe the Bug:
It is a general modular bug that when the creature dies it will ask you to target an artifact creature even when there isn't any and you can put the counters to non artifact creatures if you cancel the game crashes.

Which card did behave improperly ?
All modular cards probably-I have seen this behaviour with some of them.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

Not be able to target non artifact creatures and when you cancel don't crash the game.

Error: that land should be allowed in any deck but it is marked as forbidden.

Describe the Bug:
Myr Retriever targets itself when dying from the graveyard.In another case it worked ok so the interaction with Wrath of God is the problem.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Error: artifacts that produce mana of any color are supposed to be legal in any deck, even if mana that does not match general's colors has to be considered colorless.

confirmed, and counters are not hidden because permanent targeted are destroyed too with the 2nd ability

confirmed, AI side is not affected but player side doesn't have the target choice nor the effect triggering

I can confirm with your savegame, however I couldn't reproduce it in another game, even with Disciple of the Vault, must be another interaction

General: Rayne, Academy Chancellor
Cards: Gaea's Cradle, Tree of Tales.
Error: even if those lands produce green mana, it is not forbidden to add them in the deck. They should just provide colorless mana.
This is illegal as the rule is :
A card's colour identity is its colour plus the colour of any mana symbols in the card's rules text. A card's colour identity is established before the game begins, and cannot be changed by game effects.
The Commander's colour identity restricts what cards may appear in the deck.

the rule you are referring :
A deck may not generate mana outside its colours. If an effect would generate mana of an illegal colour, it generates colourless mana instead.

Has to do with cards like Fellwar Stone not cards that have the mana symbol of mana that is not one of the Generals identity.

Wolfir Avenger does not trigger Regenerate when appropriate.

Wolfir Avenger triggers Renegerate when it would be put to the graveyard through damage or destroy cards.

Marrow Bats works fine, from AVR.
