Some of the mana costs are the wrong way around. For example Weaken a creature asked for green (should be black), gain life asked for black (should be white), pump a creature asked for white (should be green).

Draw/Discard, and Damage Player are both correct tho :)

Descendant's Path, when a valid creature is found on the top of library, the enchantment places multiple copies of that creature on the battlefield and one in hand, while it shouldn't.

EDIT: I have also noticed that, when a non-matching creature is revealed, it is NOT placed on the bottom of library, but it remains on the top and is drawn during the incoming draw step.

The AI has just played Revoke Existence as an instant, during my turn, even if it is a Sorcery

: Sek'Kukar, Deathkeeper is not a valid general for EDH. Most likely, it is missing the code for legendary creature

Once all of Kaldra equipments are on the battlefield and the option to summon Kaldra is selected, nothing happens except an ordinary error message on the screen.
Most likely, there is something misworking with Kaldra token card.

The Miracle bug was fixed, but the "Lure" effect seems fine for me. Try to hardcast the Revenge and let me know if the bug is still happening.
