Describe the Bug:
When opponent is paying life for saving creatures from Killing Wave, the caster of the spell loses life for each creature too.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Killing Wave from Avacyn Restored

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck) V2 Avacyn Machinery (Gauntlet and Duel type)


What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You as a caster shouldn't be losing any life when enemy pays for saving his creatures.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No.

confirmed, in the screenshot attached both players start at 20, after casting AI pay 4 life for 2 creatures and player lose 2 life even if he has no creature in the bf.

I slightly tweaked AI code, so probably the bug is gone.

Urza's Chalice and Golem's Heart don't activate when other players cast artifacts.

Which card did behave improperly ?

confirmed, though ruling doesn't seem to care of the order as long as there is at least one valid target at resolution.

Maybe it should be simultaneously but then you should have the option which one should be applied first,as of now you see the cards text so you firstly apply what you think is the +1/+1 counters only to see your creature get -1/-1 !!

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage 2nd ability does not ask for a target player but a creature, and it will only draw 1 card for targeted tapped creature.

Describe the Bug:
After casting Otherworld Atlas, if player trigger it in the same turn the window choice of putting a counter or drawing card does not appear, it will put instead an invisible counter.
The next turn, the choice window appear but the counters added are still not visible.

After casting Otherworld Atlas, if player trigger it in the same turn, the window choice appear (allowing the player to add a counter or draw 0 card) and the counter added is visible.
