Describe the Bug:
AI will get stuck into a loop when trying to regenerate Jhoira's Toolbox
When regenerating Jhoira's Toolbox, player need to click 2 times on it to resolve the regeneration effect but the 2nd click is not hinted and he might think game is stuck but it's just waiting for it.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Even though player can trigger, he can't target anything since game ask for an artifact and if there are non all he can do is cancel ability.

No Mercy trigger and destroy on anything that damage controller, such as land (City of Brass), artifact (Black Vise)or global enchantment (Pestilence)

Didn't test if it could destroy RuleEngine but it couldn't do it on Avatar (Royal Assassin)

Goblin Shrine affects some of the coded goblin creatures in the game (doesn't give its +1/+0 bonus)
For now, I have seen that it does NOT work with:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker
Keeper of Kookus
Bloodshot Trainee
