I can confirmed it from your savegame,but it is radical,I tested it with my deck and 1 in 20 turns only it couldn't be activated.
But the last you bug is certainly more serious as it's ability never works nobody is asked to pay the cost set.

Another bug is that for each damage if 2 or more
Crumbling Sanctuary are in the battlefield all should trigger not only one.

Howling Wolf as you like?More than 4?

They will remain as enchantments no matter how you cast them.

Could this happen by stacking some kind of copy effect and then putting the original Wolf back into your library? Maybe
Clone the wolf, and whilst the enters the battlefield ability is on the stack
Chaos Warp the original wolf back into your library so that all four are there to be found?

Well, practically it might not happen, but when I triggered it and searched for the 3rd wolf the game would still ask me to search for another
Howling Wolf, so I suspected it would ask an unlimited number of
Howling Wolf until something different than
Howling Wolf was choosen (code wise)

Fixed. However, if AI controls the Horn, since you cannot click on opponent's permanents to activate a triggered abilities, you'll be always asked to pay 1 when you play a spell.
If you don't want, just click on cancel.
