Describe the Bug:
Falkenrath Exterminator's activated ability (dealing damage equal to number of counters) can't be activated.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Falkenrath Exterminator.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
July 15th, v3.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The ability should be able to be activated.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Unknown.

Energy Chamber can not give charge counters to Titan Forge.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Energy Chamber and/or Titan Forge.

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

Titan Forge should get a charge counter.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Unknown, but potentially any artifact card that get's charge counters.

Note, the attached file had .zip added to allow attaching, but is not a zip file.

Use winzip to zip the files as 7zip is not allowed if that is the problem.

Either you have attached wrong file or you have not the latest patch since no Falkenrath Exterminator was in the battlefield or in the Library only Falkenrath Marauders.

I confirm the bug though.

Oblivion Stone deactivates all activated abilities when puts a counter on them except mana abilities.

Seems to be a version prior to Kami because some ID are swapped :

Hey folks

When oath activates now, it just gets stuck. Game freezes. Tried it three times.

It seems to find the creature (it asked what color I wanted Iona to block) but then it just gives me the infinite hourglass and I have to kill the program via taskmanager.

Just tested it in M13 and seems to be any type of card is working on both side.

Also about the effect stacking, according to this answer this is not a triggered ability so only one Crumbling Sanctuary do the effect :

The word "instead" means that it is a replacement effect, and the lack
of the words "When", "Whenever", or "At" mean that it is not a
triggered ability.

So, if we have a spell like "Shock deals two damage to target creature
or player" trying to resolve, and two Sanctuaries are in play, there
are two things trying to replace the "damage would be dealt to a
player" event. The affected player chooses which one to apply
first. (This choice is not really relevant here, since both effects do
the same thing.) This transforms the event into "Targetted player
removes the top 2 cards of his or her library from the game.". Then,
we look to see if there are any replacement abilities trying to
replace the modified event. There aren't any (the other Sanctuary
doesn't apply anymore), so we're done figuring out what's going to
happen.

Therefore, each point of damage only removes one card.

Note that with some replacement effects, like Gratuitous Violence,
multiples do have a bigger result, because the replaced event *can* be
replaced by another of the same ability. (The higher damage amount is
still *damage*, and thus another replacement effect looking for damage
will see it.) But that isn't the case here, since removing cards from
your library isn't damage anymore.

Indrik Umbra is cast as an aura enchantment

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

When enchanted creature attack, Indrik Umbra attach itself to the creature then remove itself and go back as a global enchantment
