Describe the Bug:
Voltaic Construct ability untaps any artifact, not just artifact creatures.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Voltaic Construct ability can untap only artifact creatures.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Yes I know it's silly but targeted creatures you own always get the bonus and vice versa for AI, please disregard if too much coding is involved, it was just a remark for game mechanic sake
