Describe the Bug:
Kyren Toy can't be cast even if the mana requirement is met the 1st turn as if it was affected by summoning sickness
Which card did behave improperly ?
Kyren Toy
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
M13 V3
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

The problem is that for some reason Coat of Arms gives -1/-1 to those animated lands.Because they come as 1/1 that's why they die immediately.If you first boost them with a spell or creature like Kongming,Sleeping Dragon and then put Coat of Arms in play you will see what I say.

Describe the Bug:
With Rules engine on the battlefield, the game can't pass the second upkeep (after beginning the game or loading the save, so it would be second upkeep from loading the save.)

All that use rules engine (But with cycling cards the bug disappears, which is rather strange)

Can you post your deck? a 90ish card deck is unusual and the savegame indeed loop at next turn, but it doesn't seems to be a card fault in hand ...

This card seems to not work (sometimes?), enemies can attack me and he only taps 1 mana... or something
But just to make things even more complicated... I think it also might affect Brainwash which was working before I played the Ghostly Prison.

I've had the same thing happen, but it appears to be deck specific (it always happens when I play with certain decks, but not with others). I've included 3 decks which appear to have this problem, as well as a save of the issue. All are large decks, but other large decks don't necessarily have the problem.

Well, at least in your red decks the culprit is Leyline of Punishment which is currently bugged (along with all the other Leyline)

Prismatic Omen is the culprit since removing it from play will enable again Ghostly Prison et Brainwash effect

I went through most of my decks and the problem always seems to be related to either a leyline or a chancellor. So nothing really new.

Actually I have the same problem even with decks without leylines or chancellors (decks that don't work, because game gets looped, attached)

Both decks work fine for me. Does it happen every time you play them, or does the deck you play against matter?

Ok I noticed now that the decks play rather well in solo duel but freeze in some challenges (I'm 100% hundred sure it doesn't work for the Archenemy Cohort, Tribal Trials and Silver Nation challenges, so for the ones who put something onto your opponents battlefield at the beginning of the game.)
