The "Random Singleton" card will hit the battlefield only for a brief mode, and the it should be disappear, since it hasn't any proper function in game.
I'll improve the set selection system.

Describe the Bug:
When Unbreathing Horde has no counters on it but has a toughness greater than one, damage will kill it.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Unbreathing Horde

Damage done to Unbreathing Horde is prevented even if no counter is there to be removed.

Cursed Scroll when played by AI at least will crash the game when selects card.I don't know if it is the card that it selects or Cursed Scroll itself.

In a clean game I get the error but AI still process and can activate with no problem.

Your savegame lead to a game really different from your screenshot with no Cursed Scroll in it, I am starting to wonder if I really have M13V3 installed :P

Ah right, I forgot to check the savegame type.

Anyways it's still the same, even if the error msg pop the damage still resolve and the game keep on...

This is really strange every time I load the savegame (6 out of 6 attempts) the game crashes while it worked for you right away. :?

When Thragtusk is affected by a flickering effect (Cloudshift, Conjurer's Closet...), no 3/3 green beast creature token is created in the bf when leaving the bf (and coming back immediately after).
