you can't pay his suspend ability and you pay twice his mana cost

Describe the Bug:
sometime you can activate this card and as you don't have a target you can stop it or do something else, have to lose the game. because you can't continue the game

you can play it for his Morph cost (i know morph has i problem and its already fixed, but this is more of cast than morph problem)
