Just tested on AI side and the phase in/out work correctly...until phase out happen where all the lands in the phased area will to the player side instead of the AI side :D

Also just a minor note but it prolly won't happen anymore since the legend bug is fixed, if 2 Taniwha are played this will mess up the phase tempo since when one phase out the other will phase in...

Tranquil Domain doesn't destroy enchantments at all.

If opponent[AI at least] damaged by Scalpelexis has fewer than 4 cards doesn't exile all cards from library.

confirmed and happen on player side too, might be because of the code that check for exactly 4 cards and not less

If I don't put anything into play, the AI does not get to simply puke out its Bringers, Platinum Angels, Emrakuls, Progenitus, Ionas and whatever else uncastable B$ it may have in hand.

Ahem, it seems you misread the rules text : "Repeat this process until NO ONE put a permanent into play". So, even if you don't put anything in play, AI could just slam all his fatties on board.
