My opponent doesn't discard any card when my Ashen-Skin Zubera goes to the graveyard

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

When my Ashen-Skin Zubera goes to the graveyard, my opponent should discard a card to each zubera that died this turn
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I don't think so as other zubera's effects don't show any bug

Describe the Bug:
1- Talon of Pain doesn't tap when you activate it.
2- It gets as many counters as damage dealt to opponent.

When Lotus Vale enter you can sacrifice tapped lands,too and it enters the battlefield.

I couldn't find the correct rule whether you can sacrifice tapped lands and if you do if it stays on your hand or the one that seems to me more accurate it goes to graveyard.

1- Thought Dissector is forcing AI at least to discard 1 more card than you choose as x.(x+1)
2- No reveal happens.

Gatherer ruling explicitly say untapped so if you don't it should go to the gy so it's a confirmed bug.
