Describe the Bug:
1) Signal the Clans puts all three cards into your hand. Can we just leave it like this?? :D
2) Wow, but then your hand is messed up. See attached save, I have 6 cards in hand and it's asking me to discard 2 cards at end of turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1) If 3 different creatures were chosen, 1 creature randomly goes into your hand.
2) Discard effect is probably caused by bugged cards in hand.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed. Also fixed interaction with damage sources with Infect and such.

All fixed, except Tin Street Market : what kind of dialogue box do you need ? It doesn't target anything on activation.

Maybe it was the message when Tin Street Market is cast on target land, however I don't have this issue, the game correctly ask for target land.

confirmed, although the reduced max hand to 4 only last during the turn when Signal the Clans is cast (maybe a mess in the put-the-2-others-card-in-library effect)

confirmed in your savegame, however in a clean game for me Hyena Umbra and others totem armors work correctly but not Felidar Umbra and Indrik Umbra during many tests (even if you stack several Felidar Umbra creature will still die, however stacking others totem armors will correctly remove them first), well that is weird

2- Elvish Hexhunter destroys artifacts,too.
