Describe the Bug:Simple enough:
Serrated Arrows is supposed to cost one of its arrow counters when its ability is used, and doesn't. It can be used forever and never runs out.
Attached is a log where you can use it and see.

Serrated Arrows is used, it should lose one of its Arrow counters. When it runs out, it should make you sacrifice it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?No idea. Several other cards use the 'tap and remove a counter to activate' mechanic, but I assume that if they all had this bug, someone would have noticed.
