Describe the Bug:

In the attached savegame, my opponent has a Juzam Djinn out, and I have a Ward of Bones and no creatures; since they have more creatures than me, they shouldn't be able to play any more on account of my Ward of Bones. Nonetheless, they are about to play a Hypnotic Specter from their hand.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Ward of Bones should keep them from playing another creature while they have more creatures than me in play. (It should also work for enchantments, artifacts and lands; I didn't test that.)

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

None that I'm aware of.

Describe the Bug:

Simple enough: Serrated Arrows is supposed to cost one of its arrow counters when its ability is used, and doesn't. It can be used forever and never runs out.

Every time Serrated Arrows is used, it should lose one of its Arrow counters. When it runs out, it should make you sacrifice it.

No idea. Several other cards use the 'tap and remove a counter to activate' mechanic, but I assume that if they all had this bug, someone would have noticed.

When a creature enchanted with Spirit Link is blocked by Fog Bank, the controller of the Spirit Link gains life.

Since Fog Bank prevents combat damage, the creature enchanted with Spirit Link should do no damage and so the Spirit Link's controller should gain no life.

possibly and card with lifelink if the problem isn't with Fog Bank.

confirmed, seems to be this is a Spirit Link bug as the same bug happen with Bubble Matrix in play (or the code that nullify any creature combat damage)

This is a minor bug though because you can still target a creature and effect will resolve correctly, trying to target a player will show an illegal target error.

Knacksaw Clique can play exiled opponent card after end of activated ability turn.
Once Knacksaw Clique ability resolved once, another exiled card can no longer be played for free and legacy cards will start to stack.

In the original game where this bug was found, the damages were entirely redirected to the player but couldn't reproduce it in a clean game.

If you select the player then the correct menu appears asking to target a creature.

To my tests no matter who played Spiteful Visions or who draws cards all damage is made to AI whatsoever,although I don't know if it matters that I cheated it in AI's side(I am always having this worry if a card works the same if you cheated in play.Of course it doesn't for cards that need rules engine or deadbox card and it isn't already in the battlefield).

Describe the Bug:
1- Spinning Darkness has still the bug,if you don't have 3 black cards in your graveyard it asks you to pay 2 times the casting cost.
2- There is a bad interaction with Defence Grid and hard casting Spinning Darkness in your turn you are asked to pay {3} more {7} {B} it works fine if you pitch it.
3- It counts Swamp as a black card when pitching but basic lands are colorless.
