Damage dealt by an Izzet Staticaster doesn't seem to have any of its replacement or triggered effects. I've tested with deathtouch (from Basilisk Collar here), lifelink (also Basilisk Collar), infect (from Phyresis here), and Charisma. They're all attached to Izzet Staticaster at once in this savegame, though I've tested them individually as well. They also all work properly with other pingers like Cunning Sparkmage.

Damage dealt by Izzet Staticaster should be replaced and/or trigger other effects normally. Here, each Sporesower Thallid should have been destroyed by deathtouch and my life increased to 22 by lifelink. Even without deathtouch, both of the creatures should have gotten a -1/-1 counter from infect instead of 1 damage, and I should have gained control of both because of Charisma.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
I suspect everything else that calls new_damage_all(), like Scattershot Archer, Scourge of Kher Ridges, Whirling Catapult animated by Karn, Silver Golem, etc. I haven't tested any of them, though.

Drift of Phantasms transmute doesn't work.I tried to fetch Spawn Broker who has the same converted mana(in fact has the exact same mana) and no reveal no Spawn Broker in my hand either
