What about the rest:
tested Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger and it worked for Khalni Gardens and Crypt of Agadeem and Transguild Promenade, but not basic lands, Strip Mine or Ancient Den (and then I stopped testing), and Nirkana Revenant doesn't work.

Fixed, in the worst of the worst cases (no creatures in deck, graveyard or exile) you'll pick your subtypes from an Air Elemental ;)

Describe the Bug:
1- When you choose the 3nd choice (of the card text)to prevent damage the 2nd for tokens is casted(the 2nd is not present in the activation menu)
2- Rith's Charm 3nd choice to prevent damage doesn't work,you can't cast it before damage or after damage is applied you are never prompt to use it(never highlights when you take damage)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Choose the 3nd choice to prevent damage.Choose the 2nd for the tokens(have the 2nd in the menu).
2- Be able to use 3nd to prevent damage till end of turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It was a global issue for these kind of cards and hardcoded lands. It's fixed for all occurrencies I could find.
