I reloaded the autosave to get the crash, but I can't seem to show opponents hand? Anyway, something is causing a crash immediately after the save I attached. Hope someone can work out what it is?

Loading a savegame will disable Debug Mode, so you have to re-enable it by hitting the F12 key, then F8 to show AI hand.
Hum, the AI hand is full of land but Edge of Divinity which still crash the game even if debug removed from the game.
The error windows seems to be the good ol' AI behavior issue we currently have
Ok the culprit is Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts which make AI crashes the game
