[confirmed]Cryptic Command

The AI casts cryptic command to bounce my Kokusho, I sacrifice it to altar of dementia in answer. I end up with one kokusho in my hand one in the graveyard (despite playing only one in the deck).
Which card did behave improperly ?
Cryptic Command or Altar of Dementia
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
January, Time Spiral, Gauntlet.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Obviously cryptic command should fail to resolve and I shouldn't end up with a Kokusho in my hand

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Maybe other bounce spells/abilities and sacrifice spells/abilities?
Notes : I changed the save to .txt because the forum doesn't allow to upload .e1G or .e1T apparently, but it's an e1G.
Save game joined, just as he casts cryptic command to bounce kokusho again. I chose the opponent as the target for altar of dementia, in case it makes a difference.
