Describe the Bug:
Ovalchase Daredevil does not trigger when in GY on artifact ETB.

Which card did behave improperly?
Ovalchase Daredevil

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
When in the GY, Ovalchase Daredevil prompts to return to hand on artifact ETB

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
