[fixed]Death's Presence can target opponent creature

1- Death's Presence puts wrong number (usually more)of counters to target creature other than the power of the creature that died.
2- You can target to give opponents creature counters.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Death's Presence
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- The number of counters are according to the dead creatures power.
2- You can target only your creature to give counters.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
