[fixed]Nurturing Licid not attached, no regen

Describe the Bug:
1) Nurturing Licid is not attached to the targeted creature when its activated ability is activated.

2) The targeted creature can't be regenerated by paying .

3) There is no way to end the effect and have Nurturing Licid become a creature again after its activated ability has been activated.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Attaches fine.

Regeneration works, but when triggered you should get a choice of regeneration or ending the effect.

When ending the effect, rather than becoming a creature again it becomes an unattached enchantment.

Fixed in commit 145d0f7 ("Nurturing Licid fix doesn't unattach when activated.", 2021-04-05).
