Silhana Starfletcher ignore mana color selection restriction when etb and can generate all colored mana

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Silhana Starfletcher can't ignore mana color selection restriction when etb and can only generate colored mana from the one selected when etb

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
