[fixed]Ulvenwald Observer trigger on own death for all

Describe the Bug:
AI blocked with Ulvenwald Observer my Brazen Wolves equipped with Stitcher's Graft and died but it's ability didn't trigger on it's own death.(Nor it triggers for others with toughness 4 or greater that die at the same time with it).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

13/7/2016 If Ulvenwald Observer dies at the same time as other creatures with toughness 4 or greater, its ability will trigger for each of those creatures.
13/7/2016 If Ulvenwald Observer’s toughness is still 4 or greater at the time it dies, its ability triggers.

There must be 4,5 other reports with dying triggers not working when the creature with the ability dies.

All these kinds of effects should be recoded using the solution adopted for Falkenrath Noble / Blood Artist, which is the most reliable way to implement those kind of triggers now.

Now in Manalink dev 778ccb5 version: Ulvenwald Observer triggers when it dies for itself and others but doesn't check if it is a creature you control nor if it has toughness 4 or greater just triggers for each creature that dies.
