Describe the Bug:
Sylvan Advocate grants the p/t bonus even with 2 lands.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Sylvan Advocate

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Sylvan Advocate grants the p/t bonus only with 6+ lands.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Actually you just need one land.

Also Sylvan Advocate grants +2/+2 bonus to non-land creatures at least it did so to Loam Larva.

affect_me(affected_card_controller, affected_card) is always true, so it'll give +2/+2 to everything on the battlefield that you control, including currently-resolving instants and sorceries.
