[fixed]Cautery Sliver both abilities no sac,not working.

Describe the Bug:
1- Cautery Sliver both abilities doesn't sac the sliver selected.
2- Cautery Sliver both abilities don't have their effect working.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Cautery Sliver

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Cautery Sliver both abilities sac the sliver selected.
2- Cautery Sliver both abilities produce their effect.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Finally after a lot of effort fixed both and other bugs in commit 4c872af.
The prevention damage will happen only as a shield as I couldn't make it work manalink way, so I expect AI to need a lot of help with this which I haven't done.
