[fixed]Ingot Chewer 's trigger can be cancelled.

Describe the Bug:
AI cast Ingot Chewer and AI was the only one with an artifact in play - Runed Stalactite but AI didn't destroy it's artifact as it had to.Etb trigger can be cancelled.

Which card did behave improperly?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Ingot Chewer 's trigger can't be cancelled isn't optional.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 8f6bf98.
