Describe the Bug:
Caterwauling Boggart doesn't give menace to goblins nor to elementals.

Which card did behave improperly?
Caterwauling Boggart

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Caterwauling Boggart gives menace to goblins and to elementals you control.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I attacked only with Caterwauling Boggart against 3 AI creatures and I get 3 dump errors.
