[fixed]Isao, Enlightened Bushi no regeneration icon+Ai bad

Describe the Bug:
1- Isao, Enlightened Bushi doesn't have regeneration icon because value is missing from ct_all.csv.
~~2- I inserted the value and tested a lot but it seems AI doesn't get fully it has regeneration.~~

Which card did behave improperly?
Isao, Enlightened Bushi

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Isao, Enlightened Bushi has regeneration icon.
2- AI gets Isao, Enlightened Bushi has regeneration.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Added combat AI in commit 05e3acf. Since it doesn't have native regeneration I guess it's better not to have regeneration icon, so this is fixed.
