Describe the Bug:
Cleanfall and ~~Path of Anger's Flame~~ don't trigger splice onto arcane ability.

Which card did behave improperly?
Cleanfall and Path of Anger's Flame

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Cleanfall and Path of Anger's Flame are arcane spells and should trigger splice onto arcane ability.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Tested also bugged:
Charge Across the Araba, Murmurs from Beyond, Sift Through Sands.
Not tested: Evermind.

Fixed all in commit 371ff29c. Cleanfall it's own code. Evermind and Path of Anger's Flame are fine.
