Resounding Silence prompts both normally or cycling "Select target creature."

Which card did behave improperly?
Resounding Silence

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Resounding Silence prompts "Exile target attacking creature." or "Select target attacking creature to exile."

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed cycling prompt in commit 853f9dc. The normal prompt already fixed in dev.
