1- Toolcraft Exemplar when owner controls an artifact gets +1/+1.
2- The effect card has both abilities text.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Toolcraft Exemplar when owner controls an artifact gets +2/+1.
2- Each ability has it's own effect card and text.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
