[fixed]AI-Scourge of Kher Ridges no activate 2nd ability

Describe the Bug:
There is maybe a bug with AI activating Scourge of Kher Ridges 2nd ability. I haven't seen AI use it to deal damage/destroy my fliers while AI had no other fliers.AI didn't do so even to save itself from my unblocked 3/2 flier while AI was at 1 life.(shown in the savegame).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
AI understands and uses 2nd ability.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I put 6 Mahamoti Djinn s in play on my side, and AI activated Scourge of Kher Ridge 's first ability, with no nonflying creatures on the board.
