[fixed]Skirsdag Flayer no effect in resolution

Describe the Bug:
1- When AI tries to activate Skirsdag Flayer you get a crash.
2- When human activates Skirsdag Flayer ability it sacrifices your human but in resolution doesn't destroy the creature you have targeted.

Which card did behave improperly?
Skirsdag Flayer

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- When AI tries to activate Skirsdag Flayer doesn't crash.
2- When human activates Skirsdag Flayer ability in resolution destroys the creature you have targeted.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
