1- Orcish Mechanics doesn't tap when activated.
2- Prompt for target to deal damage is "Select target creature".
Which card did behave improperly?
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Orcish Mechanics taps when activated.
2- Prompt for target to deal damage is "Select target creature or player".
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
