[fix]White Shield Crusader stack legacy & abilities in same

Describe the Bug:
1- White Shield Crusader doesn't recalculate p/t activations in legacy.
2- Uses same legacy for both abilities.

Which card did behave improperly?
White Shield Crusader

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- White Shield Crusader recalculates p/t activations in it's legacy.
2- Uses different legacy for each ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed for this and Stromgald Crusader in commit 25a34823.
