[fixed]Instant equipment crash

Describe the Bug:
All equipments that can be equipped also instantly crash when cast and there is no available mana to activate them or when activated. Tested Healer's Headdress and Neurok Stealthsuit.

Which card did behave improperly?
All instant equipment so instant_equipment() is more probable.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 0dc045f7.
EDIT: Fixed can't be activated for normal equip in commit 6a3f49aa.
