Describe the Bug:
A tapped Winter Orb does not allow all lands to untap in untap step
Which card behaved improperly?
Winter Orb
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
version 3-2020 9e576b6 (March 2020 New Base Install), duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If a Winter Orb is tapped at the start of the untap step, all tapped lands of the owner should untap.(This card has had its functionality changed several times, current implementation in Manalink reflects a change from several years back (since reversed, Card should have original functionality - ie a tapped Orb allows all your lands to untap). Gatherer ruling attached.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
