[fixed]Leyline of Anticipation: can't play from start hand

Describe the Bug:
When holding Leyline of Anticipation in my start hand I cannot put it into play for free.
Which card behaved improperly?
Leyline of Anticipation
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Version 5-2020 10bda4ca0
Duel
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
I didn't test Leyline of Sanctity, the others should work.
When holding Leyline of Anticipation in my start hand I cannot put it into play for free.
