AI choses Dromoka's Command to give +1/+1 counter and to fight another creature, but no fight was made.

Works fine if you played it, but not so well on AI.

Dromoka's Command is also bugged when you select 2nd ability and then 3nd ability, the 3nd ability (put a counter) will not resolve.
3nd ability when chosen with 1st or 4th ability resolves correctly.

impose_sacrifice() was mangling the targets array because it forwards to sacrifice(), which adds mode SAC_SET_TARGETS. Fixed using player_sacrifices_a_permanent() in 69091ac
