[fixed]Sydri, Galvanic Genius cost error.

Sydri, Galvanic Genius instead of asking for Black+White mana cost for lifelink and deathtouch is asking for Blue mana instead.

Fixed cost in commit b018370 ("Fix Sydri, Galvanic Genius 2nd ability cost.", 2021-07-17) + fixed 2nd ability couldn't be activated if you didn't also have 
mana available to pay for.
