Fixed Narset, Parter of Veils in commit a22fcd6.

what do you mean, how is it bugged?

Erayo, Soratami Ascendant//Erayo's Essence confirmed that Erayo's Essence doesn't counter opponent's first spell each turn.

This is not confirmed, it works fine for me. Without specific info and a savegame nothing to be done.

Unfortunately this is a known AI behaviour (and maybe the worst bug AI has that affects AI's gameplay). Unfortunately affects also other complicated for AI lands like the Bounce Lands. AI plays better with some of those lands if AI doesn't play first and draws first.

Dismantling Blow fixed in commit 57ee1c7 ("Dismantling Blow fix crash when cast.", 2021-08-24).
