[fixed]Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet

Describe the Bug: Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet does not create the Zombie token when a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies.

Save game: attack with the Vampire of the Dire Moon, the AI will block with Muscle Silver which will die, be exiled but no Zombie token is created.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction? Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet creates a Zombie token when a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug? n/a

I've fixed this locally - I'm going through all the death triggers because of this report: https://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=20225 & I'll release a bugfix patch once I'm done.
