[fixed]Angrath, the Flame-Chained doesn't force discard

To get +1 Loyalty, Angrath, the Flame-Chained, does 2 points of damage but doesn't force you to discard a card.

Fixed in commit acf8dee ("Fix Angrath, the Flame-Chained 1st ability no discard", 2021-11-27).
