[fixed]Fellwar Stone adds any color of mana

Describe the Bug:
Fellwar Stone shows all five colors of manastripe and lets me pick any color of mana when I activate it.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
dev 8c73b4790, from a couple days ago.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Just the colors of lands my opponents control.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Exotic Orchard also has this function. Sylvok Explorer and Quirion Explorer should too, but instead have a different function that just calls it. Star Compass also calls it, but shouldn't since it's not functionally the same.

Fixed what I broke in commit f2c86a ( only dev issue ) in commit e0cd5d1.
Fixed the other issues mentioned above and new code for Star Compass.
