[fixed]Improvise ability with X in casting cost is broken

Describe the Bug:
Cards with Improvise ability and X in their casting cost are broken. They prompt only for X casting cost (no matter if the card has other cost or not) and no matter what you do the action is cancelled.
Tested: Battle at the Bridge, Saheeli's Directive and Whir of Invention.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Ideally:
2/9/2017 When using improvise to cast a spell with Variable Colorless in its mana cost, first choose the value for X. That choice, plus any cost increases or decreases, will determine the spell's total cost. Then you can tap artifacts you control to help pay that cost. For example, if you cast Whir of Invention (a spell with improvise and mana cost Variable Colorless {U}

{U}{U} and choose {X] to be {3}

, the total cost is {3}

{U}{U}{U} If you tap two artifacts, you'll have to pay 1BlueBlueBlue.

or: bring up the menu to select improvise or normal payment if you have artifacts you can tap and select that many and then you are prompt to pay mana or pay normally the casting cost.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed for now in ed53a4b. I also have a proper fix coming for things like Improvise, Convoke, & Delve
