Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have just published a number of commits that adds a new setting to the preferences dialog. This setting lets you change the location of the downloaded images for cards and tokens. This becomes most useful when installing a new version and you want to migrate data from the previous version using the Import option. If the images location setting specifies a path different to the default Magarena data path then instead of copying all the files it will just copy the path instead. No more copying gigs of images all over the place and the import will take a few seconds to complete. Note, this will have no affect until the next release + 1 since it requires the new setting to exist.

I have also updated the import to migrate preferences, themes and custom background.

btw... the sunset at the opening screen ...
can it be replaced with something more... i don't know, just not really my taste.
