Collectible Card Game Headquarters

As discussed with @shawnieboy I have added the ability to open a script file in the default ".txt" editor by double-clicking on a card in the card explorer. This is only available if running in dev mode (-Ddebug or -DdevMode is true).

Note, any changes you make to a script will not be reflected in the explorer. It will require a restart. If it is an issue then I can look at adding a refresh option.

New update - now anyone can view a card's script and groovy file by double-clicking on a card in the explorer. Click on the file path to open in an external editor.
